If this class is full but you are interested send an email to Larry at lpwade@gmail.com and we'll see about scheduling another session.  This is an open-shop working session for those new to woodworking who want to get their hands busy to make some gifts, and more importantly to gain some experience.  I have a number of suggestions that you can build using band saw, drill press, router, sanders and some hand tools,  These include a trivet (cutting board), pencil or wine boxes using finger joints or rabbets, peg or marble solitaire games and small bowls using a router and a bowl bit.  You are encouraged to come up with your own ideas and use my shop to make some things that can be created in a few weeks, or finished at your own shop.

This is limited to three people, and part of the value is getting to meet and work with others in the Guild.

Email me at lpwade@gmail.com if you have any questions, or want to see photos of some of the possibilities.

There is no charge for this workshop, except for materials that you might decide to purchase.   It is sponsored by the Beginners Special Interest Group (SIG).
