Guild Professional Member Gallery

The Guild of Oregon Woodworkers consists of a set of members ranging from Professionals to Hobbyist each striving to improve his or her own work. Our gallery provides one of the best means for sharing our professional members work, techniques and learning's. In addition to featuring the work of our professional members we will also on occasion review the work from local shows.

Larry L. Books Larry is a furniture maker who specializes in one of a kind and unique contemporary designs. His work features many curves and he likes to incorporate laminations in his work.
Doug Courtney Doug Courtney, past president of the Guild, designs and builds cabinetry, tables, and chairs of Far Eastern cultural and aesthetic influence for home and office. He designs and manufactures display cases, mountings for sculpture and artifacts, and presentation cases, as well as offers design consulting.
Don DeDobbeleer A one man shop for the discriminating collector. Where I build heirloom quality pieces of my own designs or yours. Classes in advanced techniques are listed on my web page.
Lee Johnson Lee is on his second career doing one-of-a-kind furniture and special interior work (mostly mantles). He does commissions from designers, architects, and individuals, as well as specialty carving, turning or “strange piecework” for cabinet shops or other woodworkers.
Gary Larkins Gary specializes in sea chests and display boats.
David Miller David is a relative newcomer to the professional ranks of custom furniture makers in the Portland area. A retired Electrical Engineer, David began his second career designing and building custom furnishings. Although he still does occasionally design and build custom cabinets, his main focus is designing and crafting functional art pieces using wood as the primary media.
Dick Pettigrew Dick has started his second career as a professional woodworker and sells his boxes through a number of local galleries including The Real Mother Goose.
Leonard Worth Leonard has over 25 years experience as a professional woodworker. He tackles a wide range of projects from bird feeders to houses.
